Magic Tables Meal Planner

In 2024, in order to protect and multiple my good energy, I'm opening my heart and home very lovingly to Magic Tables. These are tables where you pull up your chair to a beautiful meal with at least 1 other person—maybe an ordinary Tuesday with your partner, roommate, family—or maybe a weekend where you invite your best friends and extended family over. People who bring good energy, good intentions and want the very best for each other. Around the table, with intentional conversation and excellent listening, you connect deeply. The magic comes when the meal is over, you push back your chair, leave the table and return to your life a better version of yourself then when you first sat down because of being together.

The magic of these tables, of course, is the food, the conversation, and the good intentions that call out the beauty within each person. That uniqueness, that only-you-on-fire-ness, that sunshine in all of us. Magic tables do this!

I’m sharing all the Magic Table recipes, gathering tips, table setting ideas and conversation topics throughout this year in my newsletter. Every other Thursday, I’ll be sharing new ideas for creating and hosting magic tables so that we can practice together. Whether you're new to inviting people to your dinner table, or an old pro, I hope you'll join me in setting magic tables wherever you can. If ever there was a more needed time to create safe space, and invite people to learn, connect and be their best—this is that time. Imagine who we might be at the end of this year!

To start, I created this Magic Tables Meal Planner for easy and beautiful meal planning. I’ve been using this for myself, my family and for when our guests come to dinner. I’m not a huge meal planner, but this pretty thing has made the process fun and intentional.

On the planner, I added a section called “At The Table” so that we can record who was at the table that night. Even if it’s just me, my husband and our pit bull, I want to remember the magic! Also, I call leftovers, “rollovers” because somehow that actually makes me want to eat them up.
